When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 1-5 business days after your purchase! I do all fulfillment of orders by myself, so things may come up and If I am out of town and unable to ship orders, I will have a banner at the top of this website to let you know when I will return.

How long does shipping take?

I ship domestic US orders via USPS First-Class Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via Pirate Ship’s Simple Export Rate, which uses either USPS International or Asendia USA. These orders typically arrive in 1-4 weeks depending on the country. Please not, I am not responsible for any fees your country adds to international shipments.

Why did I not receive a tracking number?

If you did not receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email for an order that consisted only of stickers, this is normal. I ship all sticker-only orders in stamped envelopes through USPS, so I do not get any tracking info to send you. If you did not receive tracking info for an order that includes products other than stickers, then this is a mistake, so please do not hesitate to contact me!

I entered an incorrect shipping address, what do I do?

If the shipping address you input for your order is wrong, please contact me immediately so that I can correctly update the address before I ship your order! If I have already shipped your order, the package will likely be returned to me. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will send it back out to you, but I ask that you cover the shipping cost. If an error was made on my part, I will fix it at no additional cost.

Can I return my order?

I do not accept returns. If a product you receive is damaged, please send me an email at contact@hannahcomstock.com with a photo and description and I will do my best to help you with the problem.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email me as soon as possible if it has not yet been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
